TRAINING:

  • Club training is held 5pm each Wednesday (some teams) & Friday (all teams).
  • Players training should be in running shoes or footy boots, shorts, T Shirt (or old jersey) and a mouth guard should be worn in any contact drills. Also make sure you have your own water bottle.
  • Registration:-
  • New players wanting to participate in any club training & presently are not registered with the club need to register ONLINE using the link as will be supplied on the front page. New players can choose either a TRAINING ONLY registration option or to register as a FULL PLAYER.
  • Returning players will also have to register, also using the link as will be supplied on the front page. Returning senior players financial from last year may receive a discount off fees. Email clubrooms@rrufc.com.au to request the voucher code number. This code will allow you to select this option during the registration process.
  • Generally junior teams don't train or play during school holidays. Check with each junior team coach.
  • Additional training may be organized by each team, contact the team coach as required.
  • Training times will be as per the field allocation schedule.
  • If fields are closed, no on field training is permitted. But contact your own coach to determine if any off field training will take place.
  • It is a club policy that any member participating, playing and/or training must be registered & financial with our club at all times.
